How do I place an order?

2) Check your email inbox (and your spam folder too!) regularly after ordering. A confirmation email with a payment invoice will be sent to you within 1 working day upon receipt of your order.

3) Once confirmation email / invoice was sent , it means that we have reserved the item(s) for you for the next 48 hours. Please make payment within 48 hours after confirmation and reply on the email with the payment details in the format stated in the invoice, otherwise we will release the item(s) to the next interested party in the queue.

4) A payment verification email will be sent to you after payment is received. Item(s) will be arranged for delivery upon successful payment. You will receive your purchase  within 4 working days. Strictly no meets ups.

5) Check your item(s) immediately upon receipt as exchanges will not be entertained after 7 calender days from despatch date.

**Please use same-bank transfers. Inter-bank transfers will take 3 working days to verify and this will delay the delivery of your item(s).** .

#For payment by Paypal, please indicate that in your order email. Do note that additional charges (3.4% + S$0.50) will apply and will be reflected in the invoice.

Please keep your ATM transfer slips until the whole transaction is completed. Attempts at fraud will be reported to the  police.




All items, except for shoes, will be sent via normal Singpost Postal Service at no additional charge. For registered mail, please add $2.24 on top of item(s) cost.
All shoes will be sent by courier service. Courier charge of $3 applies for up to 2 pairs and each additional pair at $1.50.
For overseas addresses, please contact us for advice on delivery charges.




Goods sold are non refundable.

Contact us first with subject "Exchange” to assist you in the exchange. Exchange requests have to be made within 7 calender days upon despatch of shoes. Only exchange of defective or wrong size will be entertained.

To qualify for exchange, item(s) must be returned and in a brand new condition. Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item(s) do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

For shoe size changes - A $5 exchange fee  per pair will be charged to prevent abuse of this system. Please mail back the item to us on your cost and we will send the new item back to you on our cost.

The exchange is subjected to size/stock availability and only a one-time exchange is allowed per item.

After we receive your returned item(s) and the exchange fee, we will proceed to mail out the item within 3 working days.

For defective/wrong item - We do check through all item(s) before mailing them out. Exchanges can be done for same item only. For defective/wrong items, all delivery charges both ways (normal mail only) will be borne by us.

In the case when the item is Out of Stock, we will give you the option to: 
  1. Exchange with another item of same price or higher pricing only. Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing. If you exchange for item of lesser price , we will not refund the excess.
  2. Or, we will process a full refund.
After we receive your returned item(s) and the top-up (if any), we will proceed to mail out the item or process the refund within 3 working days.
