Description: Self-adhesive, transparent heel grips for use in closed-in shoes. Help your shoes fit better and more comfortably. Protects heels from blisters, chafing and slipping. Soft, supple gel allows full range of motion while gently cushioning the heel.

Instructions for use: Clean the heel of the shoe first. Peel from backing and place in heel of shoe. Trim to size for a perfect fit. To clean, wipe with a dry cloth.
